Incredible small-town kindness and extremely helpful! On the national NAPA knowhow website, there was an article saying NAPA stores accept a recycling item I will not mention. It should not have been a blanket statement because not all stores can. Despite this store not having the capability, the woman who helped me said I could leave it and she would still take care of it for me by giving it to one of her drivers, and they will drop off with another customer who does recycle this item. What a gem, I will buy any and all of my parts and supplies here going forward.

Good customer service even when they didn't have the part they looked to see if any other stores had it so I didn't have to go all over to find it.

Great service. If they don't have what you want they can normally get it from one of their other stores within 2 to 4 hours.
