Very kind, and warm, people. Absolutely loved it. A family business, where everyone loves what he's doing. (Drivers, don't worry, if you arrive and the driveway looks wet, or icy. They have a very good underbed put under it, and you will not run a risk of sinking in. Back right in, and don't worry.)
