This place showed me kindness in a time where I struggled and really needed it.... If you need to come to a place with real compassion this is the place! The employees are beyond amazing and should be held very highly by their employers! I cannot stress this enough!!! Thank you for helping me change the tires on my new mustang... what luck I had... but even better you were there ♡!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! Cannot stress enough!!! My new tires! BTW feel great- you did a great job! Thank you for helping a single mom of 2 get back to work without being stranded!♡♡ Forever customer right here!!!!!!

Outstanding customer service and always take good care of me no matter what. Had a leaking axle on my Explorer ST 3 days before a road trip and stopped in the morning without any type of appointment and they took me in gave me a brand new loaner vehicle covered by Ford and got my vehicle back in 2 days before my road trip. They are the best service dept for Ford in the area hands down. A+

I recently purchased a used F-150 from EVS. It was the easiest, most stress free car buying experience I’ve ever had. My salesmen Adam was great and so was the finance gentleman that handled the close of the deal. I’ll be back for sure.

It's nice that my Ford vehicle reminds me of required maintenance like when I need an oil change. It's also very convenient that the app lets me schedule that oil change. And then I get emails and texts thanking me for scheduling service. And then I get emails and texts reminding me of my scheduled appointment. here's where the train comes off the rails though... because when I arrive for my appointment the guy at the counter doesn't know what I ordered and tells me I don't have an appointment. "We don't use that online thing. We're first come, first serve here." and I'm at the back of the line. If Quick Lanes are independently owned and choose not to use the Ford Pass app to book service appointments, then they should tell Ford that and opt out so their customers are not misled that they can schedule a service appointment. The service is always good. I want to use them. so they get three stars: 5 for service (once its your turn) and 1 for the misleading online booking and constant reminders about appointments that don't really exist.
