What a magnificent park! Beautiful sandy beach with playground, large lawn, picnic areas, shelters, bathrooms. Try the summer music series on Thursday evenings!

Stop here to stretch my legs while on a motorcycle ride. Early October afternoon and no one was around. Lake was also empty of boats.

Had a nice time here. One of the parks in the area that have charcoal grills in picnic area. Boat launch for 5$, admission fee of 8$are reasonably priced for what is offered here

The park and the beach are beautiful. There is nearby restrooms which are clean and neat. The beach is clean and safe for kids to play. There are available beach toys for kids and return upon finishing. The slides in playground 🛝 are not kids friendly, I suggest to replace it.

Peaceful first trip out on the lake for the season! My only thought is there are a couple of areas where some dredging should be done to lessen some of the heaviest weedy areas.
