If you like wine or the history of wine, this little family operated winery and vineyard is awesome to visit. The people are friendly, the grounds are beautiful and the wine is comparable to top quality European equivalents. The winery gets a 4 star rating because of the operational hours of the distillery and confusing hours of operation. While the rest of the place is open at 1100, the distillery does not open until Noon. Because of the different hours of operation, I could not look through the available Spirits for purchase after buying some wine. Definitely a must stop and see!

My husband found this hidden gem. This place reminds me of being from Italy and California. Absolutely stunning and gorgeous, especially the day we went. Staff was great, helpful and very informative. My husband and I did the wine tastings and we bought 3 bottles. Great wines. Only wish this place was closer to my house because I'd be here more often. Highly recommended.

Beautiful winery with an interesting history! We enjoyed the bourbon cookie and a wine tasting. There is also free charging for an electric vehicle at site, definitely a bonus :)

Marvelous place! The Hobbit door is worth the short climb. Great tour—affordable, 3 wine samples, fascinating Napa Valley history, and customer service beyond expectations. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time here on a Saturday afternoon! The distillery offers fantastic cocktails for any palate and the winery has a large variety of wine. This is truly a destination. The bistro offers great food options that pair nicely with any beverage. Definitely do a wine tasting, worth it and so informative! The outdoor seating areas and grounds are beautiful and meticulously cared for. Don't miss stopping here this summer.
