Holiday Inn Express & Suites Port Washington, an IHG Hotel

Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Terry, he was outstanding, he showed us places to visit while we were in town and was just a pleasure to talk to. The room didn't disappoint, it was clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone who wants to explore the area and have a comfortable night's sleep.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The room was very nice. The pool and hot tub were clean and amazing. And the breakfast was better than most. We’ll definitely visit this location again.

Our group celebrated a lovely New Year party with many of us staying at the hotel. The staff was very accommodating, allowing us to gather in their dining area, offering to store the treats we brought while we were out to dinner, and offering their games to entertain us. We’ll be back next year!

Clean rooms. Elevator in good maintenance. King size bed had 4 actual king size pillows instead of 4-6 standard ones, plus there were 2 standard ones in the cupboard. Unlike most hotels now, rooms will be serviced daily without prior arrangements. Desk staff were helpful. Breakfast B+…take a pass on the turkey sausages and maybe the diced potatoes.
