After the recent spring blizzard, my sump pump decided its time on earth was over. Harbor City Plumbing came through quickly and made the whole thing a lot less painful than I expected. Communication was prompt, the price was fair, and the final bill matched the quote they gave me upfront. Dylan did the work and was great. He was really patient with my questions, explained the new pump in normal-person language, and made sure I understood how it all worked before he left. Just an all-around solid experience, and my basement is now better than ever!

Can't say enough... SIMPLY AMAZING! So we had a flight to catch and our basement decided to flood... Called Harbor City... Harbor City REARRANGED their calendar so we wouldn't miss our flight!!!!! Top notch professional service, knowledgeable, polite, and simply a great company! Will not hesitate to call them again.

They are amazing, I highly recommend using Harbor City! I had an emergency situation with pipes shooting out water and I called several places and no one could come out. They came out immediately. The lady I initially spoke with over the phone was so nice and understanding and knew it was very urgent. She immediately made the call and a tech was on the way! The tech was very professional, friendly and knew exactly what to do! They will be my go to from now on!
