They gave me a quote for how much it was going to cost to fix my corolla. After making the initial repairs the issue wasn't resolved. It turned out that resolving the issue was going to be much more expensive, then the initial quote. Since it wasn't in the initial estimate, and the issue wasn't resolved, they ended up only charging me 100.00 for the diagnostic which was about and didn't charge me for the work they had already done, which would have been 1200.00. You can trust these guys. They care about treating there customers right. Casey was especially helpful with everything.

The staff at Tires Unlimited correctly determined the necessary repairs and performed a quality job. Excellent at describing car parts and systems, too. Staff is friendly and understandable. I've been bringing my car in to Tires Unlimited for 24 years and will continue to do so. Thanks to all mechanics and those on the Service Desk!

I am always confident of their competency in auto issues. I highly recommend them. Tires Unlimited of Port Washington has been my go to for tires for 4 cars these past 2 or 3 years. Further, once my auto maintenance packages expire with the respective dealerships, I'll be taking my cars there for tune ups as well. Jamie and the rest are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile for you.

Had our tires rotated and we had a slow leak, we asked them to look at. We were told the tire was not repairable. Because we bought our tires at Tires Unlimited, we had the road hazard protection on the tires. So they ordered us a new tire, it came in the next day and they put it on right away. Wonderful service, great communication with us, couldn’t have been happier. Highly recommend using Tires Unlimited.
