I rescued a giant-breed puppy who came with a few challenges especially with biting and impulse control. I reached out to Tara right away, and it was easily one of the best decisions I’ve made. Within just two sessions, she completely turned around his biting behavior, and by the end of our 8 sessions, he was a totally different dog confident, calm, and eager to learn. He now knows so many commands (sit, down, wait, heel, touch, spin, and more), and his manners improve every single day. Thanks to Tara’s thoughtful training and socialization guidance, he’s also made tons of dog friends and is incredibly friendly with everyone he meets. Tara’s approach is patient, positive, and incredibly effective. It was a fantastic investment, and I’d absolutely work with her again in a heartbeat.

We have been working with Tara for a few weeks now and her interaction with our dogs, Kona and Hilo, has been amazing. She is very knowledgeable of dog psychology and has helped us to understand our dog's behavior. Tara has helped us address some bad behaviors and now we are focusing on teaching a few different commands. I would highly recommend Tara for your dog training needs.

Tara's dog training exceeded our expectations, and we couldn't be happier with the progress that was made with our 6 month old Rudy in just our first session. My heart was beaming with pride as I saw Rudy transform before my eyes into a well behaved puppy. In just a 2 hour session. I HIGHLY recommend Tara's services.

Tara is amazing!! We came to her with our 11 month old mixed breed named Rosie that was just out of control. We had done group puppy classes but they didn’t help with the bad behavior. Rosie was a puller on walks, very reactive to people and dogs, would bully our other dog and was slightly food aggressive. Our main goal was to get her to walk nicely on a leash and just act better in the house. The house training came quickly. In just a few weeks working with Tara Rosie was eating food along side our other dog and even our kids. A few months and we are able to enjoy long hikes in popular areas with Rosie! I cannot thank or recommend Tara enough!
