Very helpful staff and a beautiful store. Made a purchase of designer frames and specialty lenses. The interactions with the staff went smooth and they stayed in constant contact, even sent me pictures of frames when I wasn't able to come into the store at one point. They did everything great in terms of customer service and they follow-up after the purchase to make sure we are happy, which we are.

I've worn glasses for 35+ years and I've never had such a great experience as I've had with James at Eye Q. I asked him to help pick frames for me and his recommendations were spot on. He has an immpecable sense of style and taste which is apparent in his personal appearance and the decor of his shop. The lab he uses to make the lenses creates the best lenses I've ever had, my vision is better than ever. James is also an absolute master at adjusting glasses for the most perfect fit. The best experience I've ever had purchasing glasses.

Great prices and great service. If my glasses start sitting crooked, James adjusts them for free. He also has good style sense. I get compliments on the frames he picks out for me. Local business equals good service.

James went above and beyond for me when I ran out of contacts. He gave me free trial contacts while I was waiting for my next appointment to get me through. This was much appreciated! At my appointment, he remembered our prior conversation and asked how things were going with school. He is very personable and great to work with. I highly recommend going to EYE-Q Optical!
