The food was quick and hot! You must try the new chicken tenders! Store was very clean, grills included. Staff was friendly too. Taylor, Isabel, Caden, and Kyle were the team during my visit.

We’ve lived in Port Washington for 5 years and the service here has always been pretty decent. Occasional mistakes on our orders but nothing over the top, and they’ve always been friendly. However, the staff that have been working here for the past 6 months to a year are phenomenal! They’re efficient, fast and friendly. I haven’t had an incorrect order in such a long time. The food is always fresh and ready when they say it will be. We’ve been really pleased with their service. Great job!

I have had mostly positive experiences with this location. The only reason this isn't 5 stars is because sometimes, the staff have an attitude problem, especially the younger employees working there. The worst experience was this one time about a month ago, I placed an online order for the 10 dollar meal deal plus an order of cheese curds. When I got there, the girl working there only bagged the stuff for my 10 dollar meal deal and immediately walked to the back. I waited a good few minutes waiting for her to start my cheese curds. I didn't want to yell for her, so I got desperate and walked through the front door to ring the alarm to get her attention. When she came back, I told her she had forgotten my cheese curds, and she had a major attitude about making them for me. The food has always been good, but management should probably go over customer service skills, especially with their younger employees. Not all of them or even most of them, but some of them need to be coached about it.
