We had a charity event at Inventors last night. It was magnificent! Working with Coordinator Jess was a privilege and a joy. She covered every detail and plan with efficiency and joy. Chef Chris is new to Inventors and is so creative and ingenious with his menu planning. Our theme was about honey, and he incorporated honey into all of the food items, in very subtle and unique ways. The char with jalapeño slaw was astounding! And the beautiful churro dessert was over the top. We even had champagne infused pear with an infused dressing that made the salad a stand alone star. The staff was on point and every detail was just perfect. Thank you so much to chef Chris, to Jess, and the wonderful staff.
