The lines are always slow. They do alot of unnecessary chit chat. They need to stay focus and keep the line moving.

Today would be my first experience with the Walmart pharmacy and what a disappointment. A prescription was sent in for my mother's pain medication for a broken arm. I waited in line and when it was my turn told it wouldn't be ready for 25 minutes. After over 25 minutes I got back in the pharmacy line and was told that it was not ready, infact not even started on as my elderly parents wait in the car. It has now been an hour and I am still waiting.

Your employee indirectly made fun of my husbands disability today. And by that I mean she made a comment directed at his voice, he has a raspy tone in his voice. We don’t know the name of this employee but had I been there I would have said something right then and there. He had his vocal cord paralyzed when he was 2 when he had his first heart transplant, he had two heart transplants. Maybe you should reconsider who you have working at this location. It’s unfortunate that people these days are so unkind and think nothing of how it would make the person feel. As for us (myself and our son) we are no longer using this pharmacy .

I Love my Plymouth, Wal-Mart Pharmacy♡♡♡. The employees at the Pharmacy are always friendly and willing to answer any questions even if they're very busy. Keep up the Great Service!!!
