I went into these store in the morning to pick up an item. I took to from the shift and went to check out. The price was expensive in store, more cost effective online. The checkout would not match the price. Knowing the store had the items I placed it online to get the price as soon as I lest the store at 8:15. The I get cancel email at 8:45. When I called the person I was talking with had the items in her hands and told me I needed to replace the order. I only have so much money to work with, know i have to wait 5 to 7 business day to get that money back!

Pharmacy absolutely sucks. I called to get my prescription filled last week. They said it would be filled Monday. I come Monday and they said they need to fill it still give them 15 mins. I do errands, come back 2 hours later and the whole pharmacy is closed and has a sign that no pharmacist is on duty. At 130 pm on a Monday. Super inconvenient.

Plymouth Walgreens Pharmacy staff was absolutely wonderful. So upbeat, friendly, personable and willing to go the extra mile. Kudos to a job well done! We will definitely be back.

If you live in a small town, it is very nice to have a Walgreens in the area. Clean friendly staff and most anything you will need in any pharmacy related purchases. Definitely worth a stop when needed.

It seems it depends on the time I go. Literally, a night and day experience. We all have bad days, it happens, However in my opinion, it seems repetitive from several daytime employees. Seems they are either rude or just there. No personalty. I've been in customer service for over 10 years, and if a customer does not understand something, DONT interrupt and DEFINATELY don't argue. You can lose customers fast. They say that for every bad experience a person has, they will tell at least 5 people, pretty simple math. CS rule #1, listen, just listen. it goes a long way. #2, show some understanding, and maybe even show a little empathy. I know the pharmacy is shorthanded, and they work really, really hard. They 100% do. Many of us have the same type of job. However, to have a pharmacist, not technician, look at you, no smile, and seeing them deflate with a sigh before coming to you is not right either. Id probably lose my job if I did something like that. Very least, reprimanded. It makes me feel like I'm bothering them. I don't know about anyone else, but I don't want to go someplace if I'm "bothering" them. I found a different pharmacy that's also shorthanded but has given me nothing but positive vibes. It's kind of like what I get from the evening staff. Nothing but good good vibes 👍 The 2 stars would be 5 for them.
