This is our go-to spot to get steaks and the quality is always spot on! Steaksgiving (the annual celebration of friendship and steak, traditionally held the day after Thanksgiving) wouldn’t be the same without Schwaller. Due to various logistics issues we recently had to get some ribeyes from Festival Foods in Fond du Lac, and the downgrade from the 5-star meats found at Schwaller was noticeable. Also, Schwaller has other fun stuff like cheese, smoked fish, local maple syrup, and usually Seroojy bars. Do yourself a favor and get to Schwaller!

Many purchases of meat products from them. Outstanding products and customer service. Just ordered a 2 lb roast. Put it into the slow cooker and it came out great. I will buy all my meat products from them. Thanks much for the great products and services.
My first time here and I will definitely be back!The shop has great fresh and frozen meat options and some other local products like jams, sauces and cheeses. The service was super friendly and very helpful helping me find my best option. I ended up with two ribeye and some cheeses and jams and they were all absolutely amazing!!
