Rocky Knoll Mountain Bike Trailhead is a mountain bike trailhead in Plymouth. We offer freshly rebuilt trails that are in prime condition for mountain biking. Our trails include the more technical and rocky XC (red) Trail, alongside the fun and flowy Medicine Bottle (green) Trail. We also feature a jump area for riders. We provide marked trails for various skill levels, from moderate walking paths to intermediate mountain bike challenges.

These trails need more attention. My husband just stumbled upon them on Instagram because we were looking for trails other than Evergreen and Greenbush. Trails are marked well, but we didn't know what we were getting into as far as difficulty or length of trail. We are closer to intermediate riders, so we were a bit cautious to try certain parts of trails. XC (red) Trail was more technical and rocky than we planned, seeing the Instagram post of smooth and flowy trails. But then we found Medicine Bottle (green), which was so fun and flowy. Just initially a sketchy downhill entry. We ended up on yellow trail and kept doing loops on the jump area. Still have to learn a lot of the trails, but we will definitely be coming back!
