Dental care in Plymouth with a focus on patient comfort
Had a filling done yesterday and I can’t tell you how comfortable they made me feel. The hygienist laid her hand on my shoulder while I was being numbed by the doctor. I can’t tell you how comforting that was, it’s amazing what a small touch can do. Thanks RJL for the wonderful experience.
10/1/19 ,First appointment with the new dentist.Very pleased with the outcome. Sorry Dr. Neil is gone but former owner sold out and Dr. Neil moved on, wish him well. 9/10/19. Now O'Brien Family Dental, will let you know how it goes. Same office staff in place. No notification sent to patients as yet. Been going here for over a decade. Originally this was Dr. Baus, who has retired Several dentist's have come and gone, all very adequate. The very good news is that there is now a young dentist that I would call exceptional, given that he has actually trained to extract teeth. I am not certain of his parameters for doing this work. The facility is excellent, staff professional, efficient and friendly. They have increased their treatment area. Parking is off street and large. Ramp to entrance, I believe wheelchair accessable.
As a first time patient I was able to get 2 appointments, good advice and a virtually painless extraction in a matter of days, not because they had extra time or openings but because they could see I was in pain and needed help. One of the best customer service experiences I've had. EVER. From reception to hygenists to dentist, you would be hard pressed to find a more compassionate and accommodating group of people.
This team is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. They got me in quickly when I was in terrible pain and fixed my problem. I now have a family dentist that I know I can trust!!!
