Pro Nails & Spa is an outstanding salon. Everyone is friendly and professional! I have always had the most amazing nails and toes! I will not go any place else. I would recommend having an appointment, but I have seen it super busy and walk-ins never have to wait very long. Treat yourself, it is the best!
I have been a loyal customer at Pro Nails & Spa for over a year, only getting gel manicures, but I am completely done bringing my business here. Over the past year, the service has slowly become incredibly unreliable and unprofessional. I regularly have to wait 20 to 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment times because they prioritize walk-ins over booked clients. The environment feels very cliquey, and the technicians are often overly rough with my hands. During one visit, a technician actually tried to use a sharp cuticle clipper to scrape dried polish off my fingertip skin instead of removing it properly. Their customer service and skill levels are also incredibly disappointing. I recently asked for a very simple design—a white base with multi-colored polka dots. An older lady outright refused to do it because she "couldn't do the design." A different girl eventually stepped in to do it, but I was still charged an extra $15 for a basic polka dot pattern. I am sick of being treated like a second thought despite my loyalty. I will gladly take my business elsewhere.
Hands down thee best place to come to for self pampering services. Lilly is my favorite tech and always goes over and beyond. The environment is welcoming and wonderful. I will always be a loyal customer!
Came here on a recommendation from a coworker. I asked for a manicure as my cuticles needed to be pushed up, a full acrylic set, and eyebrow wax. No nail prep, cuticle push up happened. They gave me a gel set, not a huge deal but never cleaned up my hands, or pulled the gel out from under my nails. They put thinner in my personal nail polish without asking, some of the nails aren’t shaped properly, but stilettos aren’t very easy, and they didn’t offer me a mirror to make sure I was okay with the wax job. I now get to go home and figure out how to get gel off my skin, and fix the crooked uneven nails.
