Not sure how this place exists as a business. Most machines out of order. Both change machines same thing. No soap to buy in the machine. One of the machines was like somebody washed the world's biggest diaper. Go to the other one on the other side of town. Minus 5 stars.
18 of 20 dryers were “Do Not Use” (broken). And the two that were working were not fully operational—heat level was not selectable. Both Change machines also were broken.
Fithy, unkept, dated Landry mat. Out of the 30 washers 12 are not working. 20 dryers 14 not working. Cracks and uneven floors covered with mats and rugs. Do yourself a favor and find another place to do your Landry. Only reason I gave it 1 star was so I could post. Deserves 0 stars
If I could give this zero stars I would. Horrible experience. I took my winter coat in to get dry cleaned and asked if they could replace the zipper. They contract with a lady who can do it 'on the side'. I got a call that the lady had to remove the snaps in order to replace the zipper. She could not do the snaps herself, but could take it to a 3rd party to do that, ok, fine - as long as it gets done properly. Well a few weeks go by and I get a call that the coat is back at Fabricare with the new zipper but could not replace the snaps so I now have a coat with holes along the side of the zipper, this is how they left it! They didn't even try to mend the snaps with someone else.... I was very displeased to say the least. When I went to pick up the coat, it took 2 people about 15 minutes to even find my coat, I thought they had lost it. Happily they found my coat, but after all of that, nearly 6 weeks they had my coat and it STILL had NOT been dry cleaned! AND now it now has holes in it! I was extremely displeased and will absolutely NEVER return, nor would I recommend this business. They do not seem to care for the products they take into their possession. Terrible, they should be ashamed.
Ugh! The night before my first day on the job ; i get my uniform out and notice all my uniform shirts i took in to be cleaned and pressed look as though they forgot to press them! No nice crisp collars, seams on sleeves are not alligned, and obvious wrinkles on the bodice! 😡😡 😡
