I’m actually laughing at how comically bad this was. I got the “top of the line” $18 “car wash” and a free vacuum coin.. my car looks like it went through a gentle rain and the vacuum coin went into the machine and didn’t do anything - so a waste of time and money. I looked for an attendant to at least help me sort the vacuum situation out but no one was around. I specifically went here because I saw it had over 4 stars… I don’t get it. Note after their response: I DID look to get help, I would not have wanted to waste time and money without getting what I paid for. The door was locked and no one was around and I walked the perimeter of the building and knocked on your door where the office seemed to be between washes. To answer your question, it was the far right touchless wash and the vacuum on the right facing the Shell station closest to the driveway to exit. There seemed to be a quarter lodged in there as well so it seems this is an ongoing issue. I thought if I manually pushed the coin down it would operate, I was wrong. Unfortunately this was my experience with your business
