Usually I like Jimmy John’s but the service and accuracy of the Plymouth location has been awful the last week, with 2 huge mistakes on my orders both ending with no food and cancelled orders. The first time I ordered through the mobile app, went through the drive thru for pick up and they sent me home with the someone else’s order. I figured it was a one time mix up and placed another on line order later that week for pick up. I walked in and it was absolute chaos. It had been 30 minutes since I placed my order and they hadn’t even started it. They told me it would be another 10min. I waited another 30 min in store and they STILL didn’t start them. I told them to cancel my order. 1 hour for 2 sandwiches is crazy! The worst part, they were barely apologetic. While I was in store waiting they proceeded to get 3 other customers orders incorrect as well. Very disappointed.

I came through the drive-through on an extremely busy Saturday afternoon. The staff were extremely over-stressed and it felt as though the person taking my order was training (totally fine! Everyone is new at some point!) but nobody was helping them. I decidee to not add certain modifications to my order that I would normally add just to try and tone down the stress. The manager who got involved was doing their absolute best to deal with the hectic day, but it did not make me feel great patronizing this particular location. It was my first time ever going to a drive-through Jimmy John's, and I can't say I'm eager to return. I would love it if there were more staff members present in order to reduce the workload and make everything less stressful on the workers.

Orders on the app. I am a frequent customer. Showed up 20 mins after I ordered. Waited 20+ mins in the drive through line just to get up to the window and wait another 15 + minutes. If I didn’t already pay I’d seriously just drive away. The excuse that you have catering orders is BS. Bring in extra staff for those specific orders. Not freaky fast.

Went to order a catering package for a family reunion…asked for two 30 piece boxes a mix of ham and cheese / turkey / Italian with a 12 pieces wrap box of same variety. Then requested 4 slims one ham and cheese one turkey one cheese only and one veggie no mayo or cheese. Was told by manager that he “could not ring up the slims as a box”. I said that’s fine. Instead of my order as requested he processed the whole order as ALL SLIMS and 12 wraps. No lettuce tomato or mayo on and of the subs….a bag of condiments that had 15 mustards and mayo packs for 60 plus sandwiches. Of the special request 4 slims…none were marked with what they were and the cheese only requested had ham on it. Don’t waste your time with this location…they don’t listen to customer requests.

Came in with a last minute order of about 15 subs. They were super busy with multiple catering orders, but took my paper with all the personalized order details. Had all my sandwiches within 10 minutes. Great job!! Will definitely be back to this store for more.
