I was referred to Emily J. from my chiropractor during the last few months of my pregnancy. It has been life changing! I had an unmedicated VBAC and I credit it partially to my pelvic floor therapy with Emily. She was one of my biggest supporters & inspiration. I continued to see her for a few months after having my son and I feel like I've learned so much and healed quicker this time. Loved my time with her & our "mom" talks . Everyone there has been wonderful and great helping with my newborn so I could get the most out of my appointments. Most women don't think they need pelvic floor therapy, but I highly recommend seeing Emily J. before and after having a baby. Thank you for all you've helped me with !!! :-)

I was experiencing symptoms of frozen shoulder and resorted to the expertise of the ladies of Focus Physical Therapy. From the first visit I felt comfortable in my choice to walk in to their clinic. Their professional attitude coupled with the friendliness and genuine warmth put me at ease. My physical therapist spoke with me frankly about what she was able to do for me and how hard I would have to work. Then she WORKED me. The physical relief I felt was observable after the first visit and continued to grow after each visit. I looked forward to going to each visit and when my troubles were resolved I missed the opportunity to be able go there as it was always a pleasant visit.
