Stopped in to buy wife a bottle of Door County wine and myself a bit of bourbon as I wanted to see what this craze is about with the whiskey/bourbon collectors. Nev?(sorry if name is wrong) was very very helpful! He was extremely knowledgeable about all of my whiskey questions and knew just where to point me for my price range(recommended a bottle of Blade and Bow and it was very good!). Was also shown a WIDE variety of other whiskeys ranging from $25 all the way up to $12,000!!(forgot brand heh) Yes he had a bottle of Pappy Van Winkle as well($3800 was tag but was told it was negotiable). They also had a very broad selection...Heaven Hill, Elijah Craig, Blantons...among others. I was pleasantly surprised with his stock...they will definitely see me again!

This place is my go to. They just have everything. I don't live anywhere near Plymouth, but I have stopped wasting my time going elsewhere now. If you are trying to establish a well for making cocktails at home, there's nowhere else that competes with this place in the area without going to Milwaukee. Also the knowledge they have on everything is too good.

Great selection of beer and wine, but if it's any form of 'allocated' bourbon you're ISO...the prices are worse than secondary, EH Taylor Rye listed at $289. Not willing to bargain(which is fine) but he got an attitude when I questioned the MANY museum prices. They have most of the highly sought after bourbon covered in dust, but 'insisted' they sell. I offered to sell him some of my bourbon at 'his' prices... he wasn't buying!! I wasn't helping fund his mustang and won't return! I see some reviews stating great prices, obviously they're referring to beer or standard items or 'friends' of the owners posting, don't take my word for it though, stop in and waste your time as well..Need to change their name to High Rate & Dusty Liquor😆

I'm not sure if this place is set up as a trap for Chicago Resort People or what, but do NOT buy bourbon here! $68.99 Michter's Toasted Barrel Finish was $199! Blantons: $299! EH Taylor Barrel Proof: $650! Old Tub, normally $15 is $30! When I told the person behind the counter that their prices were bumming me out, he said they were selling at secondary and third market prices (rather than retail) because "you can't find this anywhere else." I politely told him I have and I will continue to do so. No wonder every bottle on the shelf is dusty. Really a bummer for people who love bourbon and drink it, rather than collecting it.
