On my most recent visit to Culver's, they got our order slightly incorrect but fixed it so swiftly that it wasn't an issue. What does bother me about recent Culver's changes is the blatant corporate overreach. There is very clear corporate meddling happening with regard to trying to control employee speech in an effort that looks great on paper and is horrifically inefficient in practice. Employees are being forced to ask for customer names for no meaningful reason, ESPECIALLY in the drive-through, and when food is delivered, the employees are now required to rattle off your order as though you are unable to remember what you asked for. I would also like to note that rattling off what the receipt says is no guarantee that the order is correct, and it just wastes everyone's precious time (including the employees' time!!). I can check that my order is correct on my own terms and go through the steps to ask for a correction if needed, without this unnecessary step.
