I have had 2 bad experiences with this business… .#1 - In December 2025, they picked up my snow blower. The owner assured me that it would be returned ready to go and gassed up. They never gassed it up. I was out of gas and in the middle of 12” snowstorm. Had to borrow some gas to get by. #2 - gave them one more chance in May 2026 with my lawnmower that would not stay running. The owner told me it would be 2 weeks. After a few days, I found another place to get it more quickly. Contacted the owner of CES and he promised that he would get it to me in 3 days. On the 3rd day, he told me he would get it by late afternoon. I stopped by the shop, but he had jetted off to NYC without any update to me communication. After he came back he tried to sell me a used one for a good price. I told him I needed it to be quick. He promised it would be ready by the next day. It wasn’t even started to be maintenanced! “0” communication again and I stopped talking with him. He then had the balls to charge me $30, which I paid, for “inspecting” my old mower. Took my lawnmower in told them I needed my carburetor cleaned without hesitating he said a tuneup without thinking I said yeah I got a call a few days later went and picked it up when I went to pay I asked him how did the carburetor look? He said good took it home. Made a pass and a half shut down would not stay running took it back The next day asked him again. The carburetor looked good. He once again said yes it looked good. He started to mess with it while I was still there saying that could be something in the fuel he’d probably have to order me a new carburetor. so I left it with him again thought that he might clean it called the next day. The young man that works for him told me that they were going to order me a new carburetor. I told him no stop working on it. Do not order me a carburetor I’ll come pick it up once I got it back to my house. It was easy to see that they never touched the carburetor and the sad thing is I put a brand new spark plug, and a fuel filter on it at the end of last year so what’s left for a tuneup but the fact that he lied on multiple occasions about touching the carburetor is sad I pacifically said I wanted my carburetor cleaned. He lied to my face two separate occasions that’s a fact, and when people lie to their customers, they can’t be trusted. I wouldn’t recommend anybody taking their equipment there. I ended up cleaning my own carburetor runs like a champ now only reason I didn’t do it in the first place. I didn’t have a lot of time on my hands, but after this experience, I made time. thanks for lying to your customer’s face Aaron hell of a business

Wanted to give a 5 star review to this independent snowblower dealership. I chose to purchase a snowblower at this dealership because I might need help in the future. The customer service was great and Aaron was exceptional to work with. I would highly recommend this dealership.

Great experience! They were able to get my snowblower in and fixed before a large storm. I got it back the same day I brought it in. They were very friendly and awesome to work with, and their prices are good. I will definitely refer them and be back in the future.
