Extremely well organized and clean mobile home park. Rules are enforced to keep it's curb appeal up. Friendly owners and neighbors. Plowing service could SLOW DOWN and be more driveway friendly for those retired owners needing to reshovel every time they race thru!

Very quiet. Neighbors are friendly and it close enough to town to not be in town. Love it
