I prefer to leave this as private feedback for the owner. However, after several poor experiences and feedback received with eye-rolls, it was time to leave a review. While the breakfast options and coffee are fine, the customer service/baristas are rude at best. There have been inconsistencies with coffee orders and food items, and specials have been incorrectly messaged. I've left feeling frustrated more times than not. Scooter's is down the road and the staff is very friendly and they have a rewards program!

Usually I love this place and recommend it to friends. I typically come during the week and have great service. However, the other weekend I went and was very disappointed. I ordered 2 drinks and they were both wrong, I also ordered 2 sandwiches and they were undercooked, the eggs were cold and cheese wasn't even melted. Since it's not extremely cheap its disappointing to pay so much for breakfast and look forward to it only for it to be not what you ordered. UPDATE: I went back today and the girls working were so sweet and my coffee came out amazing!

The best coffee made by the absolute sweetest women. I don’t know what Biggby puts in the sweet foam but it’s the best thing I’ve ever tasted.

Waited in line for 20 minutes and received the 8$ “coffee” without any espresso in it. Just milk and flavoring. And I had asked for oat milk even and it was just regular skim milk. Not very happy. Did not have time to wait in line again to have it corrected. Will not be returning. I had big hopes for their coffee. :(

Location just opened in Plymouth Wisconsin. Wanted to check it out right away and get some photos of the building. So far so good even though the line was around the building, it moved quickly and of course the coffee is pretty good. I will update this review as needed.
