Bettersweet Bakery is a custom-order bakery in Plymouth, Wisconsin. We create desserts intended to be the centerpiece of celebrations. Our bakery crafts unique designs for wedding cakes and cupcakes. We have been creating custom cakes for nearly two decades. We started in a rented kitchen outside Elkhart Lake, baking for farmer's markets and taking initial wedding cake orders.

We knew we wanted Bettersweet's carrot cake for our wedding and it did not disappoint! The cake was beautiful and delicious and Jen and team were super accommodating about the pick up! We'd definitely recommend :)

I think when a potential customer sends you an email regarding ordering a custom cake a message should be sent within 24hrs to acknowledge you received the message. If you can't answer specific questions at that time, just say so. Don't ignore & finally answer 4-5 days later. As small businesses owner myself I believe communication is key to happy & return customers.

We used Bettersweet for our wedding cake & dessert cupcakes for our guests, and could not have asked for a better experience! Both our wedding cake & cupcakes were delicious, and Jen made the whole experience stress free. She was great to work with and we loved our unique wedding cake design.

Excellent Bakery. Had them for our wedding in 2015 for Cake and Cupcakes and keep coming back for different cakes! Great food but make sure you call ahead!

Absolutely hands down the best wedding cake and cupcakes ever!! Our only regret is Jen recommended 3 mini cupcakes per person and we thought it was too much and we would have tons left over we were so incredibly wrong...we had signature butter frosting with raspberry filling, then we had caramel and marshmallow creme filling with cream cheese frosting as our wedding cake flavors, followed by orange cake with vanilla creme filling and signature butter frosting, lemon cake with vanilla creme filling and cream cheese frosting, classic chocolate cake with crushed chocolate creme filling and cream cheese frosting, and finally rainbow sprinkle cake with marshmallow creme filling and cream cheese frosting.. needless to say we had no cupcakes left and a couple of cake pieces left our guest were so complimentary of the dessert..thank you so much
