The staff here is absolutely amazing! We had nothing but positive interactions. It’s nice to see that there is still good customer service around. Rooms were clean and we had 0 complaints.

Lovely hotel. People are super nice and helpful. Quiet. Diet Pepsi available in a vending machine that works with a card. I enjoyed the breakfast. Close to Road America.

With all the phony "fix up the the front and inside lobby" area, but not the rooms trick nowadays, was not sure what to expect. Was I Very Pleasantly Suprised! VERY nice room and cleaned to a Tee. Either is a new building or remodeled from top to bottom. Fantastic selection on breakfast, a better price than down the road, and quiet as well . Great Job ! Would stop again if ever in area ! Thanks

Not worth the $200 a night I had to pay, but it's a nice place. Room and furniture damage is very minimal, everything was clean, staff was very nice. Breakfast was a little lack luster. This would be $60 or $70 cheaper anywhere else but I'm assuming they inflate the rates because of the proximity to the racetrack.

When I stay at a hotel, I judge it not so much the rooms as quite honestly they're pretty standard. I judge more by the people that work there, and this place has a couple of absolutely stand-out employees who not only deserve a compliment but a raise as well. The woman who takes care of the breakfast room was not only very nice but what a personality. She went above and beyond, making guests feel welcome and comfortable. The young lady at the front desk 5/11 was also fantastic, and she too went above and beyond to make my stay both welcoming and accommodating. My stay was from 5/9 to 5/11. The front desk worker 5/11 did a great job of clearing an issue up quickly. Both of these employees are why I'll choose to stay there again next year for the "Jazz on the Vine" event in Elkhart Lake. Thanks for an outstanding weekend!
