Wow! The absolute best care I've ever had! I came into urgent care somewhat apprehensive since I'm from out of state. From the start I was greeted with a friendly, smiling face. Easy admission. Basically no wait time. Friendly nurse took my info and was very thorough. Dr.listened to me and was also very personable and thorough. I got my prescription filled at the on-site pharmacy and was on my way in record time!!

Visit was 6pm 2/24/2026. I dont drive and have autoimmune issues, so i end up using urgent care when I can get a ride. Dr. Mccan( not sure of spelling) just happenes to be the Doctor there for my last few visits. I personally think he does the best he can with what hes got. Plymouth urgent care is not equipped for imaging and cannot perscribe pain meds. I respect and understand this. He refers me to an ER that can help me more. And he has been correct every single time. Ive been lied to and gaslight a lot over the last 6 years by other Doctors in Plymouth and Sheboygan. So I tend not to trust Doctors for good reason. But this Doctor can see my fear or feel my fear or Doctors and hospitals and has a way of communicating with me to get to an ER for better help. I also appreciate that he calls the ER im going to ahead of time. Keep up the great work Doc! And Nurse Nancy is always a great nurse documenting and listening, getting and keeping me calm to see the Doctor.

Honestly, I should have listened to the poor reviews, rather than just regarding the good ones. Reception was fine, I was seen quickly, and the nurse I had was okay as well, although she did cut me off one time, she was pretty thorough - but each of those things are the only reason its getting 2.5 stars. The Dr. I had was Dr. Reilly. I would highly recommend to stray away from having her, as maybe she just isn't fit for this line of work. I saw other reviews of people having similar complaints that I am about to share, so just make the best judgement for you. I basically had to guide Dr. Reilly on how to do her job, which is crazy. She came in pretty flustered as I had a laundry list of symptoms and she said "Sorry, I am trying to use AI for this visit - 'patient has..... I dont know... sinus issues?" and then looked to me and made a snarky remark of "The nurse basically wrote me a paragraph so I am going to need you to tell me whats going on instead". My symptoms are dizziness, nausea, headache that has lasted for 6 days accompanied with a burning sensation on my top left forehead. Balance issues, hot flashes (or breaking into sweats) along with cold flashes, head pressure, sinus pressure, and needing to blow my nose harder (even though not stuffed up or runny), but always having something stuck in there that needs to be blown out from the tip top of my nasal cavity (by my eye area it felt like). She immediately started trying to push me off to the Emergency Room saying they wouldnt be able to give me the reassurance I needed given all my symptoms... to which I said "Well, can you at least check my ears for an ear infection or see if I have a sinus infection?" What do you know... my left ear was infected, and she said my nose seemed pretty congested as well. Then she sprung into action with a neurological test and said she was "just doing it to do it even though there is no history of strokes, aneurysms, brain tumors" which there is a LOT of in my family and they should see that in my notes as we have all used Aurora for decades. When I corrected her and told her there is family history, she then said "well, we just can't give you reassurance here, thats something for the ER", to which I replied "I came in here with the expectation of starting small and seeing if I had an ear or sinus infection that could possibly be causing this before making a trip to the ER". She prescribed antibiotics and other meds and sent me on my way. Let me say, I understand Urgent Cares aren't fully equipped and can't do a lot of imaging or tests like hospitals and ERs can, so she is correct in the "unable to provide reassurance". That in mind, I would have gone to the ER if I thought I would need any of that to start with, but came there specifically looking for the basic care of checking vitals, breathing, ears, throat, and nose like usual... hell, she didnt even listen to my breathing or check my throat, nose, and ears, until I asked her to. And the BASIC reassurance is what I expected, and I shouldn't, as the patient, have to ask for this. This was the final straw to convince me to switch providers. My mom did earlier this year because she was fed up with the inadequate care from Auroras in Washington, Waukesha, and Sheboygan County, and now I am in the same boat too. Be aware before coming here, please. And dont be afraid to speak up if you feel like you aren't being treated the way you should be, especially with what you have to pay for!

Great experience for my first time using the Urgent Care. As an out of state resident, I was nervous about walking in, especially if they would not take my insurance. Both their website and customer service were helpful in letting me know that in fact, the facility was in network for me. All the staff, from the check in desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, were super personable and very helpful along each step of the way. They made a very stressful event very calming and comfortable.

I could not be more pleased nor thankful for all of the care I received. From calling into the ER in Sheboygan (Plymouth Urgent Care was closed) and speaking to the receptionist to the return call from the nurse later that night and to the visit to Urgent Care the next day, everyone was kind, caring and compassionate. Everyone listened to my issue (tick bite) and thoroughly explained their medical advice. I am VERY happy with the treatment they all gave me. I am very impressed with the care I received and Aurora, you have many excellent employees!! Thank you.
