If you call this pharmacy on the phone to find out whether your prescription is ready for pick up or not (to save you a trip), prepare for no one to answer and for your phone call diverted to Aurora Sheboygan. The staff on the phone at Aurora Sheboygan will ask for your personal identifiable information, then tell you you "Oh, you called the wrong number. Do you want me to give you the correct phone number for the Aurora Pharmacy in Plymouth?". That's the number I just dialed. I'm a younger person. For elderly folks, this is unacceptable, leads to unnecessary confusion, frustration and trips into town. This is a staffing issue at the Plymouth Pharmacy. They are probably overwhelmed/understaffed. Please fix this yesterday.

Phenomenal service! I pay extra to get my scripts filled here just to avoid the typical Walgreens/CVS meltdown. The entire staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and they provide fast service.

I am so pleased with how wonderful this pharmacy is! We are new to Plymouth and the options are slimmer here. Meds are filled rather quick and the staff is very friendly and helpful! I have been very stressed dealing with a local chain pharmacy and when my daily meds had yet to be filled after waiting 4 days, I called out of desperation. The woman I talked to on the phone (Stacy?) was so calm and comforting, as I’m sure she could sense the stress on my end. This will be our go to pharmacy from now on. Thank you!!!!

Best pharmacy ever! Charity was so kind and helpful switching our meds to this pharmacy. They are always doing their best to save you money and make pickups convenient. The pharmacy team is great.
