Offering root canals, fillings, and detailed dental evaluations
i can’t recommend dr. hooman enough!! i went in with extreme pain and a bump on my gums, and it turned out i needed a root canal. he got me in as soon as possible and took care of everything so quickly. he was so gentle when numbing me because i had a terrifying fear of needles, made sure i was comfortable the whole time, and relieved my pain almost immediately. i feel a thousand times better now. hands down the best dentist i’ve ever had. thank you dr. hooman !!!
I have avoided the dentist for over a decade because I have never had a good experience. Finally made an appointment because I was experiencing pain. I literally just googled a dentist near me with good reviews and took a chance. As a new patient, and as someone who hasn't seen a dentist in years, I was fully expecting the numerous xrays for a baseline evaluation. The assistant explained everything very well that she was doing and why. I just want to say THANK YOU to Dr. Hooman and his staff for being so kind and understanding. I felt so comfortable when he sat down next to me after reviewing the images and he said he already has a game plan but first wants to hear my priorities. He didnt make me feel ashamed for not keeping up with routine dental exams, and instead laid out a plan of care to tackle one step at a time. I had a large filling today and it was the best experience ever at a dentist, no pain at all! I actyally look forward to returning to finish treating the rest of my teeth that need to be taken care of. Thank you again! I will be recommending Advanced Dental Care to everyone!
They were so attentive and made sure that I was comfortable at all times. The amount of X-rays and photos of my teeth was Unreal. The discussed my situation and fixes that were needed for my teeth inside and out they talked about every single thing. I have never talked to a test for so long and looked at so many X-rays and photos where he was able to point out every thing that needed attention. This was the most informative and present appointment I have ever had. They should get more than five stars. Thanks to all of the employees that were part of my appointment, especially the attendant that took care of all of my photos and x-rays, she was awesome. And then Dr Homan and he sat down and started talking, he was so informative and so honest. This is a five-star and even a six star.
I have not found a dentist I’ve been happy with in about 15 years. I recently became a patient at Advanced Dental Care and it has been an overall great experience. I had one of the best dental assistants I’ve ever had, who was nothing but kind and caring. I have a very hard time at the dentist- sensitive teeth, bad gag reflex- and these issues have been easily overcome at Advanced Dental Care. I’m impressed by their use of technology to vastly improve the patient experience but still get excellent results. I might not dread going to the dentist now! The reason I didn’t give five stars is a few issues: 1.) I still got a “balance bill” from my insurance which is meant to pay at 100%, but if dentists charge more than expected, I have to pay the rest. I was upset at first, but given the great service and results, I’m actually OK with it. 2.) I initially signed up for a cleaning, but they don’t do a cleaning on the initial patient visit. This wasn’t clear anywhere on the website or scheduling, and resulted in having more appointments than anticipated. It’s odd, but not a deal breaker.
This is the BEST dental office if you are uncomfortable in the dental setting! I avoided dentist appointments for years due to fear that began as a child. Once I found Advanced Dental Care in Plymouth, all the fear is history! Everyone is genuinely kind and caring. I’ve had a lot of work done on my teeth and I can honestly say that I have never felt any pain. One unusual, but fantastic benefit, is Nico - the adorable small dog in the office. He puts me at ease as soon as I enter. He sits behind the counter with his mom and he is available to customers who want to play with, snuggle or just sit with to ease any nerves. He is a happy, polite little boy that makes the office calm and enjoyable. The people are professional and fantastic and Nico is the frosting on the cake. I cannot recommend this place enough. Do yourself a favor and make dentist appointments a positive experience…who knew that it was possible?!?!
