Very professional always. Soon after I arrive, they greet me and in a couple of minutes, Dr. will attend to me. I like that they always take my pressure before starting with the purpose of the visit. Indeed, I always leave satisfied with the way they attend from beginning to end.
The entire staff were so helpful and professional that Dr. Wicklund should be really happy with the people he’s got working with him. As for Dr. Wicklund, He’s the best eye doctor I’ve ever encountered . He really knows his stuff and it’s such a pleasure being seen by him. He explains everything to you and you can leave feeling confident you’ve gotten the best care possible.
Super amazing staff. Got me in as a new patient very quickly and due to diabetes was able to help me see again. Didn’t pressure me to buy anything and even gave me options outside of prescription glasses that would help me specifically. Scheduled me for a follow up appointment just to check and surprisingly(and I say that because everyone’s time and equipment isn’t free)wasn’t even charged for the appointment and they even cleaned my glasses. 10/10
I am so grateful to Dr. Biersdorf for her expertise and kindness. I’ve struggled with my vision for most of my life, and she is now referring me to have cataract surgery at age 62, which I am very grateful for. She and her staff are always very professional and extremely knowledgeable. We are so fortunate to have them in our community.
The staff and Dr Van Ells are fantastic to work. I will be using them going forward for all of my and my families eyecare going forward. They take time to make sure they are thorough and answer questions. Most other eye doctors always make me feel rushed. They are top notch!
