This is by far the grossest and dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. I checked in at 10:30pm and the room I was given smelled terribly like cigarette smoke. I asked for a different room because I’m allergic to smoke. All the rooms are supposed to be nonsmoking. The second room I was given was really dirty. The sheets had what appeared to be blood, dried seamen, and hair on it. The lamp and office chair were covered in rust. The floor had damage all over, dirt, and hair on it. There was a hole in the bathroom door with a terrible patch job. The air conditioner was broken and rusted. The front desk attendant was smoking in the lobby while standing in front of a no smoking sign. I refused to stay there and decided to leave but they refused to give me my money back.

I booked a room for June 16, 2026. In town for a reunion. The room was filthy. The refrigerator was leaking and towels were all around it on the floor. AC was unplugged along with light fixture in that area. Tv did not work. I went to Dollar General and purchased sheets and a blanket, because the bedding looked sketchy. I slept with all my shoes and clothes on. In the morning, I went to take a shower, took my shoes off right there and got in. My feet were black! And, the fixtures were lose on wall and to top it off, a used bandaid stuck to wall. And yes, I did notify the front desk. Nothing was done.

Didn't want to stay here, however we were stranded by United Airlines for the night and all surrounding hotels were booked up. The staff, man in the evening and woman in the morning were very friendly, personable, and helpful. Sometimes that makes all the difference. Price was decent with refundable deposit, and the room was not all that bad.

For the most part the cleanliness of the rooms are good but could be a bit more cleaner. I understand the rooms are at a decent price but no excuse for being not clean. The bonus is they accept dogs at no additional charge which is great! Overall great place and will be coming back in the future.

I recently stayed here during a very stressful move, and unfortunately the experience added more frustration than relief. The room had several cleanliness concerns, including visible stains on the bedding and near the bathroom area, as well as an unpleasant odor coming from the HVAC unit that made it difficult to use. While the front desk did offer a room change, I was unable to move due to time constraints, and no other accommodation or adjustment was offered. To make matters worse, we accidentally left behind a house plant in the room after checkout. When I called the next day, I was told that anything left behind is automatically disposed of. This was not just a random item, but a living plant that had been cared for and grown over time. I even asked if they could check with the cleaning staff, but was told nothing could be done. I understand policies, but there should be some level of reasonable discretion—especially when it comes to personal belongings that are clearly not trash. Overall, this experience left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness, care, and customer service.
