Relaxed lodging with an indoor pool and continental breakfast
Recent remodel was fairly nice. Clean comfortable room.complimentary breakfast was sketchy, they only put out a small pan of eggs and sausage; then were slow to replenish. Micro muffins, not fresh brewed coffee. Ran out of both coffee and juice at least once in the four days we were there.
This hotel is not a value. I spent $450 for three nights. It just happens to be the closest place to my families home so I stayed here for convenience. I’ve stayed in this hotel before and it has fallen into complete disrepair. Yes, I do understand that they are currently renovating, but there are many many things that simply are broken and do not work in this hotel. For starters, all of the doors that go to the outside parking lot are broken, and there’s no security doors working around the outside of the hotel. Neither my cell phone nor my wife’s cell phone could connect to the Wi-Fi, it’s a very old Wi-Fi system. Three there’s one bar of soap in the hotel room that I guess you’re supposed to use for both your hands and for the shower and carry it back-and-forth?, There were two hangers in the closet. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed because it was not installed properly. The hotel area in general aside from the area where they’re doing renovations is dirty and not kept very well. There are pieces where there are trim missing and have been missing for at least two years since I’ve been coming here. The restrooms that are used in the lobby have a broken toilet and a broken sink. The breakfast buffet is full of basically trashy processed foods with very few actual really good choices. It’s good if you like raisin bran and that’s all you’re willing to eat. I will never stay at this hotel again because it’s just not a value. If I paid $50 a night I wouldn’t have complained about anything but at 150 per night average this place is an utter rip off.
Travelers: As you know, when you stay at any hotel, you have expectations. As long as your needs or issues (and things do happen) are met, life is good. This hotel takes care of their guests. Very nice people. Great location next to the woods, beautiful. Food next door, quiet, very accommodating. The GM and staff will greatly take care of you as we highly recommend this hotel to everyone in this area. Not many outfits really care, these folks do. Thank you for the great service!
I had a wonderful stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Milwaukee SW New Berlin. From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. My room was very clean, quiet, and well maintained. The bed was comfortable. I would absolutely stay here again. The only “complaint”, grounds could be maintained better. Litter around the entrance.
The rooms are nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is really good. I didn’t use it, but there is a pool and a hot tub. The only problem I’ve noticed there because I have stayed there several times is the bathroom doors don’t stay closed like the Latches don’t line up So they don’t close completely. And that’s been in More than one room. Other than that, everything was great.
