Boutique, women-run winery with unique wines and food pairings in Milton
What an excellent venue! The food and drinks (wine flight, cocktail flight, AND tastings) were all fabulous and reasonably priced. We dined outdoors, and while it was a little hot, our table had an umbrella to shield us from the sun, and the view in the fresh air we're both wonderful. I cannot overemphasize how good the food was!
The wife and I really enjoy coming here. Sit outside and enjoy the scenery. Drinks are great and food is delicious! Ask about how to become a member the benefits alone are worth it!
Absolutely worth the drive from Madison! We were immediately greeted and very impressed with the high-level of custom service. Over a few hours, Megan and Liz, along with a few others, provided excellent service, great recommendations, and lots of laughs. The wine was delicious, with enough variety to keep us engaged for a few hours. We tired a few appetizers, a sandwich, and a wrap and enjoyed all of our food. We’ll be back!

That’s how that quote goes, right…?! 😜 As a regular, I can’t say enough good things about Timer Hill and all my experiences there (trust & believe, there have been many). Not only do they have a great team that is professional, responsive, and places customer experience at the forefront, but they are a winery that is inclusive to the non-alcoholic drinkers, like myself. They have a great mocktail menu, and have recently added cold brew flights and dirty sodas as well. Where other wineries sometimes focus strictly on the wine, they have a thoughtful menu with tasty bites for all preferences! A personal favorite of mine and my friends are their seasonal dessert pizzas — they truly haven’t missed yet! (They have a puppy chow pizza that was on the menu last fall and it truly changed my life.). As a certified homebody, Timber Hill is on my rotation of solid places that I can feel confident going to to have lighthearted banter with employees while enjoying good eats. I also am a very big fan that midweek early evening is not crowded!
We found Timber Hill quite by chance. We were looking for someplace to relax after a very busy weekend and found it on Google maps. Timber Hill is a really neat place with a nice deck and outdoor seating. I had the Hot Ham and Cheese with Bacon Sandwich with Kettle Chips. My wife had CHIPS AND salsa with Beer Cheese. We both had the Sangria wine. It was all very good. Therebwas also live music, and he was very talented. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The interior was well laid and they even had an upper seating area. They also had a nice selection of craft chocolates and Skelly's Home Made Fudge.
