Upscale quarters, an indoor pool, fitness center & casual eatery
We booked for two nights to attend an event that was taking place at the hotel. Unfortunately we had to leave only a couple of hours after checking in. We were only charged for one night. I appreciate the professional staff at the front desk. This is a great place for business, conference, or an event, however the limited elevators to capacity during high volume events is an issue.
Pleasant hotel which we stayed on a Saturday night on a long road trip. Nice looking 10 floor hotel with room doors all facing the large atrium. My daughter loved the glass walled elevator and rode it up to the top floor to look at the view down! Restaurant with good food options for dinner. The brie and apple bruschetta and cheese curds I had were amazing. Room was nice. Usual 2 queen bed family size room. There was a pool but we didn't try it.. All in all a good value hotel.
We were so happy to see our favorite employee/attendant Susan D. greeting the women of the festival as we arrived. She has been our guide, server, bartender and friend here for many years. After so many years it would have been strange for her not to be here. We hope to see her for many years toq come. Thank you. Bonni & Crystal Rm 329.
Very nice place. Was here for a work conference. Guest Rooms are amazing as well as the conference spaces and meeting rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful although seemed like a lot of them don't understand much English which is totally fine but does make it hard to communicate things clearly. Would stay here again for sure. My favorite space was the outdoor patio off the pool.
Due to some complications with a different hotel reservation, we quickly pivoted and reserved 5 rooms for 2 nights at the Marriot Madison West. The hotel was fantastic in all aspects. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All areas of the hotel were extremely clean and attractive. The breakfast was amazing. We will absolutely use this hotel as our first choice in the future
