I don't generally leave negative reviews, but given such poor treatment at Yale Dermatology, I felt compelled to share my experience. Dr. Bunick whom I was assigned was extremely rude, condescending & unprofessional during my visit. He dismissed all of my concerns, rushing my appointment through in the space of ten minutes. He was arrogant. Talked down to me & proceeded to walk out while I was in the process of speaking to him, leaving me with his assistant to wrap up the appointment. I cannot in good conscience recommend this dermatologist to anyone. Sorry, not sorry.

So I had my first appointment today with Dr. Michal Kidacki. I’ve never felt so cared about by a doctor in my life. He showed such care and concern. And handled all my issues right away. All the nurses and staff there were very friendly, nice and caring as well. If you ever have to go to a dermatologist I highly recommend this place. Also ask for Dr. Michal Kidacki for the best experience possible. I am beyond satisfied with my visit.

Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced! The best part I never even got an appointment. I spent 4 weeks fighting with them over whether or not they received my referral which is required by the way so make sure you get that. And then when they finally got it they transferred it to another office because they were overbooked. So instead of telling me ahead of time that they were booking out seven months they made me wait 4 weeks to get a stupid referral to get an appointment in 7 months for a problem I'm having today not 7 months from now. FN ridiculous! Not to mention the staff are incredibly rude except for one woman. Yay I love our medical system. So competent!! Don't waste your time here!

Positively terrible customer service and archaic policies. And a condescending manager as well. An over ten year excellent experience with the doctor ruined by this. My husband needed an appointment to check on the same problem from 3 years ago. They wouldn't see him without a referral from his primary, and then wouldn't accept their referral because he wasn't seen for that same problem in their office. So disappointing. My husband is an 11 year cancer survivor and we have never ever encountered a problem in the Yale system until now. As I told the manager, time for a new dermatologist.

If only 0 stars were an option. I will never come here again. Went to Dr. Lim back in July for help with my acne. He recommended I avoid dairy, along with 3 prescriptions. He told me it would take a few days to process through my insurance. After 2 weeks, I decided to call my insurance only for them to tell me they’ve been sending the prescription and the Dr. was denying all requests. For whatever reason. I called Yale to straighten this out and I was always given another phone number to call. No one was able to help me. After 3 months of this nonsense I told them I’m no longer interested in receiving any prescriptions. I then get an email saying I have a new statement of $362. I called the billing department and suggested I make an appeal . I have a hard time paying nearly $400 for a visit I didn’t even receive what I initially went for. The appeal was rejected and now I’m responsible for this bill because “I still saw the doctor and took his advice.” This location is a mess.
