I had Adriana as my phlebotomist she was unable to successfully draw blood and then began moving the needle around inside my arm in an attempt to obtain blood. This caused significant pain and discomfort. I was not informed beforehand that this would be done, nor was I asked for consent to continue after the initial unsuccessful attempt. I told her she didn't have the needle in she became upset and began to talk about me to the other phlebotomist. Extremely unprofessional behavior.

Worst experience I had with a lab technician this past Saturday. He tried to poke my baby’s arm in any direction he liked but I had to tell him to stop right away because my baby was screaming from pain, beside that I was watching him and his monstrous manners from the beginning. One of the empty tubes fell down on the floor and he literally picked it up and tried to use it . That’s insane. Don’t go there . I’m not sure how can you hire someone like him , a monster that doesn’t comply with simple rules of Medical field or le me say with simple rules of being a human first of all. He should get fired DONT GO THERE!

I went to suite 304 to get blood work done for my one year old. I am currently learning in medical school. Chuck the phlebotomist and Linda took it upon themselves to “fish” for my daughters vein shoving the needle in every opposite direction trying to hit a vein, with no consideration of puncturing/hitting a nerve or one of her little veins. I told him I am currently learning in school and to take the needle out considering this is something I learned specifically NOT to do.. I ended up leaving with my kid traumatized and no blood work being drawn. Never again. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN. Chuck, who is supposedly “lead phlebotomist” as Linda stated, should be fired or go through another course to refresh his memory on what’s wrong and what’s right. I went n tried contacting anyone I could (including his supervisor, heather) to share my experience/concerns. The DOH (Dept.of health) told me there was no actions to take considering they don’t “license phlebotomist” which is just ridiculous. So I’ll share my story here in hopes of refraining from this happening to someone else who doesn’t know much about phlebotomy etc. ESP w their BABY.

Was tramatized by one of the person that took her blood this person was going into detail what she was going to do to her scaring her and when she saw the needle my granddaughter started screaming and. Kicking and this person started yelling at my grandaughter. Her mom was there holding her daughter in shock.. she had no choice to finish the blood drawn cause this person Had the needle in her arm very disappointed ☹️ I think they should have someone more experience on taking blood from children!!!!
