The product was great, but the facility was filthy. The tables were all dirty and I had to wipe one down just to be able to use it. The trash can was overflowing and the floor was extremely sticky. The 2 girls that were working there were very friendly, but disappeared into the back when there were no customers instead of trying to make the place more presentable. I guess there were more important things going on within their phones.

From the moment we walked into Rita’s we felt welcome! Impeccably clean, the frozen treats were absolutely delicious and the customer service was incredible! I just can’t say enough about the customer service. It was the first time for my Kiddos and the experience was like sunshine on a cloudy day, they were all smiles! If you’re looking to brighten your day, this is the place to be. Thank you to Rita’s for a most lovely afternoon!

Ordered a matcha shake and a custard. And the ice cream was good but matcha was absolutely terrible there was zero matcha taste neither I nor my husband and kids could stomach it. Wish we didn’t drive off or I would’ve returned. Ugh such a waste honestly don’t recommend 😕

So over priced. It was $10.50 for a small how could a family afford that. The guy inside was wonderful at describing the product and what was in them. I got a chocolate frozen cement like blizzard it wasn't great. My daughter got a ice n ice cream mix like cotton candy and that was good. But $21 for 2 small cups is just crazy to me.

Posted hours are incorrect, they do not close at 8:30pm they close at 8pm and are leaving by 830pm. No service what so ever refused to serve me and my family regardless of 15 minutes to closing Response to Owner- I did reach out but instead of any help I got a lovely accusatory response from either yourself or a manager telling me I was unable to tell the correct time and should be sure I am arriving during business hours. Offered nothing and was generally abrasive, not a great look for a food service.
