The female owner refused to give me store credit for the two packs of chicken sausage that was a month old! She kept saying it was frozen on the date it came in and we are a small store! They were $17.00 dollars a pack. Also all the rest of the Chicken sausage was all expired as well. She was rude and mean to me. I was mortified on how she was acting. Sausage company called and better business bureau. Don't go there! Yelp say nothing but bad comments. I would of been happy with store credit. Sad!

I’ve had a completely different experience than some of the lower reviews, so I felt like I had to share. This is a small, locally owned shop that clearly puts a lot of care into what they offer. The owners are genuinely kind people who are working hard to bring in high-quality, thoughtful products. I think some people take their tone or direct way of speaking to be misunderstood, but it’s coming from a place of focus and passion, not rudeness. What really stands out to me is how well they bridge the gap between big-box stores and specialty organic markets. You can find healthier, organic alternatives to everyday snacks, along with locally sourced and in-season products, all at prices that are actually reasonable, which is rare for this type of store. It’s not just about selling items here, it’s clear they care about what they’re putting on their shelves and where it comes from. That effort deserves recognition. If you’re looking for a place that supports local products, offers cleaner food options, and is trying to do things the right way, this is absolutely worth checking out. This place is honestly worth shopping at if you care about what you’re putting into your body. Don’t let a few negative reviews misrepresent what this place is really about.

The lady at the front desk is so rude . I have never ever experience such treatment from anyone / I brought a bottle of medicine and it’s expired and the lady was sooooo rude and disrespectful. The state need to investigate this store .

I wasn’t even in their for 5 minutes , asked one question and pulled my phone out to take down a name of a supplement to research it before buying it and a young Caucasian lady with black hair told me “I’m not allowed to take pictures “ lmao ! Are you for real ! She wasn’t worth my time or effort so I walked out and never will be back again . Now I understand why the parking lot was empty and the store non existent!

We absolutely love this store! Coming from Long Island anytime we are in town we make it a point to shop here. Between their fresh made meals, smoothies, local honey and so much more, we can't get enough of this place. On top of that, the staff and the owner Barbra are the kindest and helpful people you can meet. I wish they would expand to NY, Long Island in particular because they would be big hit here. Anyone looking for a place to get excellent quality healthy food, Natures Goods is your place.
