We've been here multiple times and never been disappointing. As uncomfortable as I am being half naked and touched by a stranger, they actually got me to relax and enjoy myself. No small task! I've never been anywhere else for a massage so I can't speak to the pricing but for the service we got it was worth every penny. Staff was awesome, nice clean facilities. Awesome across the board.
Its been a long time since I came to Natural Balance. I used to go to the Main Street location several years ago on a regular basis. Due to a sports injury I have been to the new location twice now with Sierra and its been a great experience. Location has better parking, rooms are nice, and therapist applies exactly the right pressures and treatments. I expect to be a regular again.
Felt like a bag of knots when I arrived and left feeling loose and relaxed..great atmosphere, from the lighting to the music, rooms nice and clean..felt very comfortable. Sierra was great! This was the first massage I had in over a year and was very satisfied, definitely will return soon.
What a great massage and atmosphere. I hadn't been to the new location since the move from main Street in Watertown but I was definitely missing out. Fantastic environment and setting and care taken down to small details. I can't wait to come back again soon! Thank you for getting me relaxed and ready for a big week ahead!
I have been to Natural Balance on multiple occasions. Each massage therapist has provided a great experience. Always friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand the purpose of my visit and if it is due to a problem vs. relaxation, they make sure they tailor the massage to work on the problem areas. Pricing is competitive. The rooms are clean and relaxing. I continue to go there for my massages and will continue to recommend them. Fantastic service.
