I have had a great experience with this practice! The EMDR has been incredibly helpful, and med management here with the APRNs have been smooth and well-managed. I finally feel like my best self. The providers are truly wonderful, and make me feel so supported. The office staff are kind, caring and they have amazing communication. I highly recommend this practice!!

After years of being a loyal and consistent patient, May You Find Peace, LLC abruptly terminated my care over two missed appointments, both caused by the very medical condition I was actively being treated for. Instead of showing even the smallest amount of compassion or clinical understanding, they chose to hide behind “policy” and cut off medication management without warning or consideration for the consequences. Every detail of my situation was documented and discussed openly with their provider, yet the administrative staff handled the matter coldly and dismissively. They completely ignored the fact that the missed sessions were symptoms of a neurological sleep disorder under evaluation. Rather than reaching out with empathy or concern, they sent a boilerplate discharge letter and then refused to reconsider, even knowing I was in the middle of diagnostic coordination and at risk of medication lapses. This is not healthcare. It’s bureaucracy disguised as compassion. The name “May You Find Peace” feels almost mocking when their actions actively disrupted care, worsened my condition, and left me scrambling to find a new provider just to stay stable. If you’re looking for genuine mental health support, look elsewhere. This practice seems more interested in enforcing attendance policies than in understanding patients with complex conditions. The experience was degrading, dehumanizing, and the complete opposite of what any ethical mental health practice should stand for.

Admin is great, therapist is great, but my APRN that I was seeing for two months made me take away a few stars. I originally sought out May You Find Peace for my ADHD (that I have a paper trail of proof of being diagnosed with since 9 years old) and depression management. I had just moved back from a job on a remote island with no access to health care and wanted to get my ADHD and depression back under control. Ultimately, she did not listen to me and diagnosed me with C-PTSD - something that I don’t believe “fits” as a diagnosis, and completely ignored my ADHD. Before the end of our last appointment, she told me that she isn’t even sure that I have ADHD. Why did I waste all my money (I’m paying out of pocket) just to get a misdiagnosis and no help for what I sought out? It really hurt hearing her dismiss my lifetime of struggles with ADHD. She left the practice, and I’m hoping the new provider I’m paired with listens to me and takes me more seriously.

So maybe the reviews from other people are actually accurate? I inquired about an appointment as a new client and was told how happy they were to get me on the schedule for an evening Telehealth appointment. Went through the motions of filling out onboarding paperwork, sending insurance card info, credit card information online and more; and 5 hours before the scheduled time I was emailed to say that they did not have any available evening appointments and I could get on a waiting list if I would like. I had a specified day and time and a therapist name that was given to me in writing that claimed I was already on the schedule. All of a sudden, this change happens and I am left with no other options. Not 100% certain where the disconnect came from but hopefully no one else experiences what it is like to be lied to then cancelled after giving payment information online
