All the stars, friends. I am medically complicated due to spine issues- this means I get muscle spasms and alignment problems frequently. Not all massages are created equal- this is the only place I trust to get real results with no danger of injury or someone forgetting that my body won’t do certain things. When I’m in pain and my range of motion is limited, the appointment feels like a hybrid of PT and massage, which is exactly what I need! I’ve visited a few times just for a pleasant massage, and it was lovely and relaxing, but mostly I come to GH to regain function. Robert has a flexible personality; so if you want to make conversation, go ahead. If you want quiet, he creates that peace for you. The difference here is the knowledge and training. After each session, we go over to the anatomical diagrams and discuss what worked and what didn’t. To be honest, it just about all works, but seriously, if something doesn’t feel right or you’d like them to change pressure or area of focus, speak up! These folks want you to get as much as you can out of their services, and actively seek out modifications or feedback to make sure things are good. I can’t recommend Gifted Hands highly enough.
I had the neck, shoulder and back massage with the hot stones and CBD spot treatment. It was so amazing. Robert did such a great job. I asked for hard pressure and he delivered. I feel so much lighter and looser after the massage. I will definitely be going back soon!
