Absolutely ridiculous focus on the patient. Showed up at 2:10 for a 215 appointment and they said they had to reschedule because I’m too late. Look somewhere else. In response to my initial review above (rated 1 star), I was impressed that I got a call from management, who worked hard to rectify the situation. He immediately scheduled me for another procedure at the earliest possible convenience, and expressed his condolences for the way I was treated. It’s one thing to make a mistake, but I must give credit for the follow up to make it right. For that, I rate them a five- so the average is 3 stars. Thank you!

I had a scan here recently. They were able to get my scheduled quickly. Lori at the front desk was very friendly. Lauren was kind, efficient and answered all my questions. My exam was read quickly by the radiologist. Everyone was great!

Worst visit I had today , I had an appointment made for 115pm for a MRI , arrived there at 1230pm hoping they could have gotten me in and out quick . It was 145 and I was still waiting , I questioned her , she replied it might be another 20-30 minutes . Sorry not waiting another 30 minutes which will be exactly 2 hours waiting . She should of made the walk in wait . They took in a walk in before me not worrying that I actually have been waiting there for over an hour . This was my second visit and my last. No respect for patients what so ever . I feel I was treated wrongly when I asked and she was rude . At least apologize for your mistake , not give me the attitude , I’m not the person behind the desk ..

The worst experience I've had anywhere at an imaging center. The elevator was inoperative so I had to walk all the way to the rear of the building and down a couple flights of stairs. I walked in around 20 minutes before closing only to be turned away and had to return the next day for back x-rays due to severe pain issues. I return the next day and the tech doing the imaging had to redo 2 of the films because there was 'motion' as she put it..clearly because she had me in positions that were hard to remain steady in for too long before taking the image. I don't know if she was tired, stressed out or inexperienced but this isn't how anyone should operate.

This is the third time i have dealt with Middlebury Diagnostic Radiology and every single time the receptionists are rude and don’t seem to do their jobs correctly. Each time they had the order for my MRI and claimed they left me a message to schedule, but I never received any messages and double checked the number they had on file. I would wait a week after my MRI being approved to get a hold of someone. When I’m on the phone with the receptionists they were very rude each time giving attitude. She tried to tell me I had to schedule an MRI before Insurance approves it, which is very wrong. No one gets an MRI without insurance approving it first. (Low and behold my MRI had been approved for a week while having this conversation with her.) On this third time I decided to switch companies and found an amazing one in Cheshire. Spoke with someone very nice who understood their job as a receptionist was to deal nicely with people (their job being in customer service), especially with something so simple as scheduling an appointment. Other than the receptionists, the techs in middlebury were very kind to me and did a nice job. Will never go there again because of the receptionists.
