1st appt made was last minute. BCB&S staff understanding of my situation and able to accommodate me. Guila, the stylist, asked primary concern along w/what was 👍 OK & what was NO WAY 👎. ME: Easy fast styling. I thought it was simple. Guila did. She answered most of my questions. The plan -grow out a lot of layers, bangs with a realistic time frame. Added it would likely drive me crazy, the first months. It is. It's ok. She's educated and earned her license exam. I ❤️ trust her.

So unbelievably happy with my haircut & it’s exactly what I wanted!!! What an amazing Salon & Hair Stylist, I found, & it’s right here in Middlebury. I’m Looking forward to going back to my new Hair Dresser.
