Great place, with kind, knowledgeable people who stay up to date with their training for the current treatment methods. They have a lot of therapists, I'm sure they can find the right one for you.

My therapist at BHC is very compassionate and understanding. Uses real life experiences to relate to whatever I am going through. At the end of each appointment, I am decompressed and ready to get out and keep facing the challenges that life throws my way. I have to travel a bit further than I normally would to see a provider. But it is important to me to have a therapist that I can connect with and feel comfortable speaking freely. It took a few tries to find someone, because not everyone can be a perfect match. I am grateful for all that I have gained back in my life through my sessions at BHC.

I have been charged repeatedly even though I ended services. Fortunately the billing department is amicable and understanding, they promptly refunded as appropriate.

APRN with initials N.K made me feel extremely undervalued and performed unprofessionally. Completely uneducated on how to handle people in an emotional state. Told me to beat a skin drum to get rid of anxiety..yah ok

My psychiatrist here put me on a medical leave for my mental health and then completely ghosted me. She’s been prescribing me medication for over a year. She stopped sending in my meds to the pharmacy, it’s been well over a month and no response. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional! This is the worse place I’ve ever gone to for therapy. My therapist here diagnosed me with PTSD and every time I try to open up about my trauma she tells me I’m living in the past to talk about the present only. Make it make sense. I asked for help over and over , not one resource to help me, no coping skills taught. She just told me maybe I should go to inpatient. Maybe you should do your job and help me properly, that’s why I’m here. This same therapist told me I need to move on from my past , like isn’t that the reason I’m in therapy? She hasn’t helped me learn any coping skills, nothing in months. I started IOP, which I found myself because my therapist here isn’t helpful AT ALL. and in 3 weeks I learned way more than I have ever through this agency. What a waste of time. I’ll never be coming back. If you truly want to heal yourself from trauma and abuse, this is the wrong place to go.
