Setting up the appointment was a breeze, Meredith C. was very knowledgeable and helpful. The install was just as great, Ray R. was quick and also very knowledgeable. Overall, despite needing the interlock device, I had a great experience. Update: Still great. Had some issues with a device due to freezing cold weather, they were very quick to help get me back on the road.
Ray was a fantastic employee. I was quite unhappy hearing he was no longer working with the company after scheduling my last appointment. Hard to find workers that give a damn about their jobs and customers. He went above and beyond to take care of your needs and was always polite. Donna emailed me for the last piece of information she needed when setting up an account. I have since emailed her with random questions that I’m sure aren’t listed in her job duties at all. She has always been more than helpful, extremely friendly while maintaining professionalism, and has found the answer for me, always. She has gone above and beyond on numerous occasions. I really appreciate everything she has done!! If only everyone was like Donna! (They’re not though, which is why I opt to email her instead of call. Maybe she should be a trainer..)

From start to finish the tech that serviced my vechile performed at the high degree of professionalism possible. He made sure the installation went well on my foreign automobile. He was there to answer every single question I had, and I did have a lot of them. He could tell I was very anxious about the whole situation and he prepared me to handel everything I would run across. He showed that cared about my well being, all while showing that he cared about the quality of work he was giving to make sure everything was done right. I truly appreciate every single step along the way from the initial interview with Danny to the outstanding work from the Tech. TY to the whole team for being here for me, and making sure to treat my property with utmost respect .
