Great staff! Especially Mary and Cherri! Cherri worked with me to understand my insurance and help me get the best deal and use of my insurance! Walked me through which glasses would look best based on my nose brows, lense thickness etc. When I had a shipping issue she was able to help resolve it, get me trial contacts while waiting. Mary, was calm cool and pleasant even when another customer was yelling and screaming at her about things she cannot fix. She remained nice and apologized for his wait, the phone misunderstanding and thanked him and wished him a good day. Even after he left and you could tell she was upset she remained calm and assisted me with a smile! She was able to adjust my glasses, and even reordered frames and contacts. Mind you she was the only worker in the store! She assisted others and answered phones all at the same time. I've been coming to this location for many years because these ladies and Dr. Z are so wonderful!!

I called Visionworks, and a staff member set aside a sample contact lens for me right away. Their kindness truly saved my day. I’m so grateful for the excellent care and compassion, this is customer service at its best.

From helping me pick the perfect frames for me based on exactly what my needs are, to the Doctor being very open and transparent about everything during the exam (and willing to answer all my questions.. and I ask A LOT). I always have a great experience there and everyone is kind and welcoming. I moved an hour away and am still willing to make the trip there based on the level of customer service I receive. Highly recommend them to anyone.
