Excellent job done. The guys came and got to work right of way. I love the work they did. I originally chose this company based on the reviews and believe me, they did not disappoint. Job looks very good. The clean up afterwards was even better. Thank you I had a hood vent installed by another company and these guys came in and did the duct work.

We are a repeat customer and got to know them when they installed our garage heater. We had them return for our furnace, AC and water heater replacement. Branden and his crew were fantastic - Prompt, efficient, and courteous. Upon completion, they did a thorough walkthru, explained everything with training on the new humidifier and WiFi thermostat. Price was excellent using brand name equipment that fit our budget. It was a great experience from start to finish!

My new system looks fabulous and my house is warm. Benjamin and crew replaced my furnace, A/C unit, and water heater. They arrived early and got it done in the early afternoon. They cleaned up everything and I’m so excited to have peace of mind for this upcoming winter. I would definitely recommend and work with this company again. Benjamin explained the work after completion thoroughly. Jason was awesome too and was the guy who initially came out to explain and sell me my new system. Update: Upgrading my system caused another issue. I have a pipe howling day and night. My house sounds like it’s crying and it really annoying. Nicholas came out first to check the heating system. He determined that it was a plumbing issue. Kyle came out today to investigate. Both guys tried everything and I appreciate both of them going above and beyond to investigate and finally find the issue. This company will go above and beyond to get it right. I’m so pleased and thankful! Can’t wait for repair day. So glad I found a company I can trust with my home. New Update: 11/12/25 Still very pleased with this company. I have a pipe that needed replacement because it was howling all day and while Kyle was at it, I also added a backup battery to my sump pump for peace of mind. Kyle was awesome, quick with the repair and upgrade. I recommended this company to a friend and will continue to spread the good word!

We are very satisfied with our new Bradford White hot water heater. It replaced a 2 year old Richmond that had constant problems. In this case you get what you pay for and after 2 years of repairs the price was equal. Very fast service as well, from Dave's estimate on Monday to Juan installing it Tuesday. Moving a new 75gal through the house to the basement and removing the old 75gal back up and out is huge undertaking in itself. Juan also did an amazing job cleaning up the previous plumbing mess and installing the new water heater and shut off valves. We are very pleased with the attention to detail and how fast it was done. I would highly recommend Thielmann to anyone needing a hot water heater.
